The Terminal 1 project at Harry Reid Airport entailed a full remodel of the Cluster 1 building. The dated popcorn ceiling in the public Terminal 1 areas was replaced by a metal suspended ceiling with cove-lit soffit surrounds. Modern high-wear carpet was installed throughout for maximum durability and the restrooms fully reconfigured. All finishes were upgraded to modern high-wear materials and new energy efficient plumbing fixtures were installed.
