The renovation and addition project at the YMCA of Southern Nevada consisted of complete demolition and renovation of 17,700 square feet of interior areas including removal of existing locker rooms, pool equipment room, storage, weight room, offices, and reception desk. The new facility area included all new locker rooms for men, women, boys and girls; new restrooms; new showers; and sauna/steam rooms. Additionally, a new entrance addition with a climbing wall room, administration offices, reception desk, members lounge, teen room, and kids’ gym was included in the project to create a holistic environment for the patrons and staff of YMCA.
