The client’s vision included a clear expression of Perini Corporation’s commitment to quality and customer service through the design of the office interiors. The company’s attitude and culture were reflected through attention to color, form, and texture as well as craftsmanship in construction. Neutral colors accent the warm woods and stone throughout the building while stainless steel hardware and clean lines modernize the space. Due to the site’s unique shape, the building footprint became a gentle arc with two wings extending toward the parking area. The spatial layout allows for natural daylight throughout the office and conference spaces. This technique gives the interior space a sense of warmth and simultaneously makes efficient use of Las Vegas’ abundance of sunshine and reduces monthly utility costs.
