Lotus Broadcasting needed to expand its facilities by adding 2 studios, 3 offices, and a larger conference room to accommodate the growing staff. Within the confines of a tight site as well as a tight budget, the design team created a cluster of smaller office buildings and a central courtyard to with an industrial aesthetic that responds to both the client’s preference and the surrounding context in a busy area of Las Vegas.
